I personally like to call them "images" but like art -- it carries a similar value to me. Generally, I create once a month when inspiration decides to strike at ungodly hours. Earlier works used stock photos and textures. Now I mainly use pictures I've taken when a sudden composition appears in front of me. Images are created in Photoshop with blend modes and blurs as my weapons of choice.
